Equipment & Tanks

Process Equipment

We are capable of designing, calculating and manufacturing vessels according to the customer specifications. 

 

Our tanks are typically done according to ASME (Sec. VIII, div. 1) or PED (Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU) with all the necessary certifications and approvals.

 

We can provide 2D files for customer review and 3D files for layout purposes, and every tank is accompanied by a manufacturing record book / Technical passport, as part of the final documentation, upon delivery.

 

HYGENIC TANK DESIGN

We are knowledgeable in hygienic vessel design and food grade finish. Besides design code required tests, the Hygienic tanks are tested for required surface roughness, to meet our high-quality standard, and are delivered with FDA 21 CFR 177 or EC 1935/2004 certificates for seal surfaces.

 

PRESSURE VESSEL CALCULATIONS

We calculate vessel according to ASME Sec. VIII, div 1 or PED. We will handle notified body, certifications etc, and can perform Finite element analysis calculations (FEA), when needed for special load cases.
